How to enjoy it? 

A fresh and fruity cuvée, unoaked, fresh and luscious on the palate, with a full-bodied texture due to intense aging on lees. Pairs well with shellfish, baked sea bream, pan-fried cuttlefish, tapas, mixed salads, quiches, fresh goat cheese, grilled fish, salmon tartare, cod fritters.
Serve at 8 degrees.
